Move to Germany
In order to bring birds from member states to Germany, a TRACES certificate from the official veterinarian is required for birds of all species.
Foreign market suppliers must present a veterinary certificate (TRACES certificate) for all birds brought to Germany. (according to sample 2021/403 CAPTIVE-BIRDS-INTRA)
Spend from Germany
In order to bring birds from Germany to member countries, a TRACES certificate from the official veterinarian is required for birds of all species.
Foreign buyers also need a TRACES certificate for all birds purchased in Germany when crossing the border back to their country of origin.
For organizational reasons, the veterinary office cannot issue a TRACES certificate for foreign buyers under stock exchange conditions.
3. Just print out the following forms, fill out, sign and bring them to the market.
4. Only with readable forms will a control number be assigned!
5. Please fill out in block letters!

Every provider of animals must be registered!
Upon registration, the exhibitor receives a control number.
This must be immediately visible attached to one of his sales cages.
Vendors without numbers are not allowed
Cage labeling: all sales cages must be labeled with the personal data so these are made public!
There is no pre-registration necessary!
We thank the breeders for the excellent course of the last bird markets.
